A Sonoma County family business built on craftsmanship, trust, and accountability.

Our Story

Who is Thompson Construction, Inc.?

Thompson Construction has always been built around family.

Thompson Construction has always been built around family values. Company founder and president Dennis Thompson has spent nearly 45 years serving Sonoma County homeowners with quality construction and founded Thompson Construction, Inc. in 1985. Today, alongside his three sons, he continues building the family business on the same principles of craftsmanship, accountability, and honest work that the company was founded on from day one.

Dennis never expected his sons to follow the same path, but over time each of them developed a passion for construction and became an important part of growing the company into what it is today.
